成套配電柜安裝的質(zhì)量問題往往被許多工作人給忽視，由于對這些問題的處理不當(dāng)給實際工作帶來了不少麻煩。

我們來分析一下常產(chǎn)生的一些質(zhì)量問題，主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：

基礎(chǔ)型鋼焊接處焊渣清理不凈，除銹不干凈，油漆刷不均勻，有漏刷現(xiàn)象。

柜（盤）內(nèi)，電器元件、瓷件油漆損壞。

電氣成套

柜（盤）內(nèi)控制線壓接不緊，接線錯誤。

The control line in the cabinet (panel) is not crimped tightly and the wiring is wrong.

手車式柜二次小線回路輔助開關(guān)切換失靈，機(jī)械性能差。

The auxiliary switch of secondary small line circuit of handcart cabinet fails to switch, and the mechanical performance is poor.
